CPA Awards—Categories

1. C-PACE Policy and Program Improvements
To a public official, industry advocate, program administrator, or attorney whose work significantly improved a C-PACE policy or program.

2. C-PACE Environmental Impact Deal-of-the-Year
For a C-PACE transaction that achieved unusually strong environmental impact as measured by carbon savings per dollar invested. Where possible, information on the environmental impact could be provided through a carbon savings calculation, energy or water savings calculations, or a narrative. Submissions with data are especially helpful but it is not mandatory.

3. C-PACE with ESG Benefits (transactions below $3M)
Recognizes a transaction with unusually strong public benefits broadly interpreted, e.g., job training, investment in a lower-income community, or redevelopment of a highly visible building that catalyzes other private investment. The award acknowledges PO, CP, or project developer team involved.

4. C-PACE with ESG Benefits (transactions above $3M)
Recognizes a transaction with unusually strong public benefits broadly interpreted, e.g., job training, investment in a lower-income community, or redevelopment of a highly visible building that catalyzes other private investment. The award acknowledges PO, CP, or project developer team involved.

5. Innovation in Efficient Financing Award
To the PA, attorney, or service provider that enables more efficiency and volume of quality C-PACE transactions.

6. C-PACE Deal-of-the-Year
A transaction that promotes the industry by virtue of public visibility, opening new markets, or financial impact.
