Leah Wiggs

Executive Director
Leah Wiggs is the Executive Director of the C-PACE Alliance, a national organization focused on advocating for the growth and expansion of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE). Leah leads efforts to promote and expand C-PACE financing, which provides property owners with long-term, affordable funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. With a deep background in PACE policy and regulatory affairs, Leah brings over 18 years of experience in government relations, advocacy, and organizational leadership to the Alliance.

Prior to joining CPA, Leah served as SVP of Government Affairs at Renew Financial, leading federal and state advocacy to modernize the PACE industry. Her background includes supporting clean energy innovators in Silicon Valley and serving in the California State Senate as a District Director.

With a commitment to advancing sustainable finance solutions and promoting clean energy policy, Leah is passionate about facilitating equitable programs that support both our communities and the environment.
